1. Use the service lawfully
Do not use Frivi to violate a law, regulation, court order or another person's rights. You may not facilitate fraud, deception, harassment, discrimination, exploitation or illegal trade.
2. Protect accounts and access
Do not share access in a way that defeats account controls, impersonate another person, obtain credentials by deception, probe for private information or use automated access that bypasses published limits.
3. Respect platform integrity
Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt availability, overload services, scrape without permission, evade rate limits, reverse engineer protected systems or test security without written authorization.
4. Keep submissions appropriate
Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, misleading, infringing or designed to distribute malware. Product, partner and contact information must be truthful and relevant.
5. Commerce restrictions
Do not use Frivi to offer prohibited goods, conceal the origin of funds, manipulate orders, abuse refunds or interfere with another shopper or retailer. Additional product restrictions may apply by location and fulfillment partner.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant records, remove content, limit requests, suspend access or notify authorities where appropriate. We consider context, severity, recurrence and risk when responding.
7. Reporting concerns
Report suspected misuse through the contact page and include enough detail for us to investigate. Do not expose sensitive personal information in a public report.
